Rules of Show

• All vendors, all show vehicles and all guests MUST register with the British Motorcar Festival Registration Staff. 

• Parking is restricted to assigned locations. 

• For the safety of the spectators & show vehicles NO dogs or bicycles will be allowed on the show grounds. 

• Young children must be under the supervision of a responsible adult. 

• Maintain a responsible distance from the show vehicles. Buckles, zippers, large handbags and swinging cameras can easily inflict costly damage. 

• Overnight Camping is allowed on the show grounds for Vendors.  There will Security provided. 

• "For Sale" signs are allowed only in the Car Corral Area, NOT on the show field. 

• All show cars must be driven onto the show field under their own power. 

• All Show Car must be properly registered and insured.

• All Show Registrants must sign the Insurance Release statement and provide the required insurance information as contained on page #2 of the British Motorcar Festival Registration Package as pre-condition for the acceptance of your registration.

• Fire extinguishers are required in all show vehicles. 

• All registered show cars must be on the show field by 12:00 noon Saturday. 

• All show cars must display their Car Cards

• All Car Show Registrants and Guests, and All Vendors and Staff must wear their name badges at all times.

• All General Admission Guests must wear their Day Passes at all times and will be required to have their hands stamped for readmission.

• Cars arriving after Registration is closed on Saturday will NOT be allowed to enter the Show Field. 

• All ballots must be placed in the ballot boxes by 1:00 PM on Saturday. 

• For the safety of the spectators & show cars, show vehicles are not allowed to leave the show fields until after the awards are given. 

• Vehicles must be on the show field at the time of the award ceremony to receive an award. 

• Participation in the British Motorcar Festival Concours d'Elegance Competition is limited to Pre-registered cars ONLY that are 25 years old or older and that have been accepted into the Concours d’Elegance by the . Concours Selection Committee. Classes will be based on motorcars accepted as entrants in the Concours. 

• The decision of the British Motorcar Festival at Bristol Judging Committee is FINAL. 

• Motorcar Productions, LLC d/b/a British Motorcar Festival- Bristol, RI will NOT be held responsible for any and all damage claims. 

• Classes with 3 cars or less registered and on the field will be awarded 1 award; 4 cars registered and on the field, 2 awards; and, 6 cars or more registered and on the field, 3 awards. 

• The show field will be counted at Noon and all cars parked with their assigned classes will be counted to determine the number of awards to be presented in each class. Cars parked
